Below is the list of the 2025 Board of Directors Nominees

Corinne Sherman (Incumbent)

Ms. Sherman brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to offer PA Central FCU. Beginning her tenure with the Pennsylvania Credit Union League in 1998, she rose to Senior Vice President of Fee Services, channeling her expertise in business development and credit union products and services. She is currently Senior Vice President, Payments and Delivery Channels at Patriot Federal Credit Union. Ms. Sherman’s educational background includes degrees in Business Administration from both Western International University and Central Penn College, and a Certificate of Achievement in MBA essentials from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. She also serves on several financial industry related organizations, as a board member with the CU Solutions Group, Advisory Committee member for Cards Services for Credit Unions (CSCU), and on the Fidelity Relationship Taskforce for the AACUL. Ms. Sherman brings a unique perspective to PA Central, with a relationship as both a member and a business associate. She looks forward to sharing her proficiency, background, and energy with us as a member of the Board of Directors.

Dr. Neal Thomas (Incumbent)

A Palmyra resident, Dr. Thomas has been a member of PA Central Credit Union since his hometown branch opened. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010, previously serving on the credit union’s Supervisory Committee. Dr. Thomas currently serves as Associate Dean for clinical research and Professor of Pediatrics and Public Health Sciences in the Department of Pediatrics at Penn State Children’s Hospital, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. He and his wife, Terri have three sons. As a parent, he is aware of the relationships that local organizations develop with the communities they serve, and what these organizations do to support the members of those communities. He serves as the Director of the Conflict of Interest Program for the Penn State College of Medicine, as a member of the Institutional Conflict of Interest Committee for Penn State University, as the Chair of the Pediatric Acute Lung Injury and Sepsis Investigators Network, and is an appointee to the Critical Care Medicine Sub-board of the American Board of Pediatrics, among numerous other appointments. Dr. Thomas believes that his reelection to the Board of Directors would allow him to continue to give back to PA Central FCU and its members, as well as the community.
